Sierra Leone National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD) is used when dialing to a destination within the Sierra Leone (Refer to dialing Sierra Leone code). Do not use Sierra Leone National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Sierra Leone into Sierra Leone. Sierra Leone NDD is only used as long distance dialing within the country.
