Dialing Albania
The other type of code is Albania National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Albania. Albania NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Albania. Do not use Albania National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Albania into Albania.
For Albania long distance, you have to dial Albania National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+355 (Albania National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Albania Code or Albania International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Albania to outside Albania. Do not use Albania IDD code when dialing within Albania for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Albania from outside Albania, a Albania Country Code is used . Albania Country Code however is not used when dialing within Albania.
