Dialing Algeria
The other type of code is Algeria National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Algeria. Algeria NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Algeria. Do not use Algeria National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Algeria into Algeria.
For Algeria long distance, you have to dial Algeria National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+213 (Algeria National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Algeria Code or Algeria International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Algeria to outside Algeria. Do not use Algeria IDD code when dialing within Algeria for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Algeria from outside Algeria, a Algeria Country Code is used . Algeria Country Code however is not used when dialing within Algeria.
