Dialing Angola
The other type of code is Angola National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Angola. Angola NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Angola. Do not use Angola National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Angola into Angola.
For Angola long distance, you have to dial Angola National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+244 (Angola National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Angola Code or Angola International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Angola to outside Angola. Do not use Angola IDD code when dialing within Angola for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Angola from outside Angola, a Angola Country Code is used . Angola Country Code however is not used when dialing within Angola.
