Dialing Armenia
The other type of code is Armenia National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Armenia. Armenia NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Armenia. Do not use Armenia National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Armenia into Armenia.
For Armenia long distance, you have to dial Armenia National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+374 (Armenia National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Armenia Code or Armenia International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Armenia to outside Armenia. Do not use Armenia IDD code when dialing within Armenia for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Armenia from outside Armenia, a Armenia Country Code is used . Armenia Country Code however is not used when dialing within Armenia.
