Dialing Belarus
The other type of code is Belarus National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Belarus. Belarus NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Belarus. Do not use Belarus National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Belarus into Belarus.
For Belarus long distance, you have to dial Belarus National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+375 (Belarus National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Belarus Code or Belarus International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Belarus to outside Belarus. Do not use Belarus IDD code when dialing within Belarus for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Belarus from outside Belarus, a Belarus Country Code is used . Belarus Country Code however is not used when dialing within Belarus.
