Dialing Estonia
The other type of code is Estonia National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Estonia. Estonia NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Estonia. Do not use Estonia National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Estonia into Estonia.
For Estonia long distance, you have to dial Estonia National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+372 (Estonia National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Estonia Code or Estonia International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Estonia to outside Estonia. Do not use Estonia IDD code when dialing within Estonia for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Estonia from outside Estonia, a Estonia Country Code is used . Estonia Country Code however is not used when dialing within Estonia.
