Dialing Yemen
The other type of code is Yemen National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Yemen. Yemen NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Yemen. Do not use Yemen National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Yemen into Yemen.
For Yemen long distance, you have to dial Yemen National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:
+967 (Yemen National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.
On the other hand, International Dialing Yemen Code or Yemen International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Yemen to outside Yemen. Do not use Yemen IDD code when dialing within Yemen for long distance.
On the other hand, when dialing to Yemen from outside Yemen, a Yemen Country Code is used . Yemen Country Code however is not used when dialing within Yemen.
