Dialing Thailand

The other type of code is Thailand National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Thailand. Thailand NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Thailand. Do not use Thailand National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Thailand into Thailand.

For Thailand long distance, you have to dial Thailand National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:

+66 (Thailand National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.

On the other hand, International Dialing Thailand Code or Thailand International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Thailand to outside Thailand. Do not use Thailand IDD code when dialing within Thailand for long distance.

On the other hand, when dialing to Thailand from outside Thailand, a Thailand Country Code is used . Thailand Country Code however is not used when dialing within Thailand.
